"Jenny Lye helped me through a particularly traumatic time when I lost my first baby in very difficult circumstances. I was physically and emotionally shattered by what had happened, plus had the usual post pregnancy niggles which only reminded me further of my situation.

I found the reflexology helped my concentration, lifted my spirits and relaxed me - something which was key to my recovery. I was also very keen to become pregnant again quickly so needed my body to be healthy enough to conceive. My energy started to return and just a couple of weeks after the first session with Jenny I found I was pregnant again. Spookily Jenny guessed I was pregnant again through looking at my feet - she knew before I did. She could also tell when I had various other complaints again just through looking at the state of my feet. I've also found that complaints such as back ache can really be assisted through regular reflexology.
